Chief Bill Vickery Character Analysis

Chief Bill Vickery is the chief of police in Wind Gap. A rail-thin man in his early fifties, Vickery is committed to solving Ann and Natalie’s murders quietly and within the community. He loathes the presence of outsiders, such as Detective Willis and Camille herself, fearing that they will paint an unflattering picture of Wind Gap for the rest of the world.
