Edgar R. B. Hagstrohm Character Analysis

Edgar Hagstrohm works for the Reconstruction and Reclamation Corps and lives in a suburban housing area called Proteus Park in Chicago. Because Edgar is exceedingly average (as determined by a group of machines), Halyard takes the Shah to visit his household, hoping to show him the life of a run-of-the-mill American worker. What the machines that chose Edgar don’t know, though, is that he’s cheating on his wife, Wanda, and that he’s not very happy.
