Thomas Quillan Character Analysis

Thomas Quillan is a resident of Chamberlain. He has a bad habit of getting angry when he’s drunk, so he often voluntarily locks himself up at the police station, which he does the night of prom night. He acts as an emergency responder on the night of the disaster, helping set up makeshift hospitals and giving his eyewitness account to Sheriff Doyle.
