Saeros Character Analysis

A Nandor elf living in Doriath, Saeros is jealous of the honor Túrin receives from Thingol. He insults Túrin at dinner, calling his people wild and animalistic. Túrin forces him to run naked through the woods as a punishment, but he falls into a ravine and dies, leading Túrin to flee Doriath.
